1. Your A work demonstrates good use of color, but I would like to see a background and more shading. I would think this is not quite an A.2. Your C work is very strong and demonstrates good shading and nice proportion. I would give this higher than a C.3. You are wrong. This is not an F. This is a pretty strong drawing.
Emily, remove the penis shaped hat character with the weird butt. It is inappropriate, and I will not grade your blog, until you correct this. Be a better student, and a better person.
